Fruity Blended Breakfast UPGRADED
This is how I made my breakfast today:
1) prepare a mix of 10gr of wholegrain oats, 5gr flaxseed, 5gr FibraFit and leave it in warm water for a while.
2) add 5gr maca to the mix
3) pour the whole mix in a bowl, and add 100ml bio harmonica 1.5% milk, 40gr of frozen raspberries, and a whole banana cut into pieces
4) blend it.
