Lunchy Dinner by anchett Free-range eggs omlet with spring onions, pieces of red beets and mushrooms)пачи-крак). Cooked in soybean oil. On the side - some green salad, bio quark with flax butter, and a heart-cut mozzarella. I forgot to add some flax and pumpkin seeds on top and a few cherry tomatoes, but there were none left at home.. Pictures taken in Bochum, Germany.
