Spread on it: basil pesto with rucola 

On top: fresh sprouts, dried cranberries and chopped parsley

Protein: smoked trout fish

Sandwich #1: wheat ciabatta, Polish pâté with mushrooms, heart-cut Gouda slices, homemade blueberries sauce

Sandwich #2: wheat ciabatta, butter and a puree of capers and olives, marinated Black sea anchovies, green pepper

On the side: a tomato, fresh carrot sticks, and hot green pepper
