Tomatoes, Tomatoes, and Blueberries
Bread from Ma Bakery
Spread on it: шмеркезе [ shmerke’ze] - mix of cheeses, spices & mayo
On top: sun dried tomatoes and olives with thyme
Vitamins: cherry tomatoes and rucola leaves
Dip: blueberry confiture
The sandwich was prepared for the photographer’s visit - the interview will be published in the March issue.

Weiss Lunch
Basis: homemade bread
Spread on it: slices of camembert
On top: fresh rucola leaves and coconut flakes
On the side: cherry tomatoes, dried cherries and cashew
Drink: Vedett, weiss beer
The yellow lunchbox contains exactly the same, except cherry tomatoes that couldn’t fit in. The extra box is for the Bacchus magazine editor, Rositsa, and she totally loved her lunchy bites.
The photographer didn’t make it for our meeting today, so next week she will shoot another lunch and it will be the one to accompany the interview.

Bento Scrap Omelet Lunch by Candy Girl
Every morning I make my little ones a bento lunch. I often have scraps left over from cutting their food in shapes. I save the scraps to make lunches for myself. Today I had cheddar cheese scraps. I made a mini cheese omelet in a silicone muffin cup in the microwave.
1. Lightly beat an egg with some herbs (I used dill and fresh coarse ground red & black pepper). 2. Pour into a silicone muffin cup, add scraps of cheese, and place in microwave. 3. Cook about a minute and half. Egg will puff up from cup while cooking! But it will deflate :) 4. Pop mini omelet out of cup and into bento box with the rest of the lunch. Snap bento box lid on and refrigerate until I am ready to eat it. Easy peasy, yummy & cheesy.
Lunch is Red grapes, Cheddar cheese scraps, Mini cheese omelet, and (leftover) Asparagus.

Brownies by borqna at the lunch box picnic
And the recipe in Bulgarian:
4 яйца и 100 грама захар се разбиват на пяна.
два натурални шоколада (важно е да са натурални, с млечните не става) се разтопяват на водна баня.
паралелно се разтопяват 200 гр. масло.
след като маслото и шоколада са разтопени, се смесват.
добавя се една лъжица уиски или друг алкохол, на вкус.
след това към яйцата със захарта се добавя 100 гр. брашно.
разбиват се до галдка смес.
към тях се добавя сместа от шоколад, масло и уиски.
разбъркват се леко и се добавят 100-200 гр лешници - цели или смлени..както си решиш.
пак се разбърква.
и това е сместа.
докато бъркаш всичко, фурната се загрява до 200 градуса.тава се покрива с хартия за печене.за да не се налага да миеш после тави).
когато фурната е загрята на 200 градуса, изспивша сместа в тавичката и печеш между 13 и 15 минути.
идеята е браунито да се изпече хубаво отвън, но отвътре да остане леко сурово.
можеш докато се пече да го боцнеш с една клечица и да видиш какво е положението вътре в кекса.
като се изпече го поръсваш с кокосови пръчици и го оставяш да изстине.
ако си се справил добре и браунито отвътре е останало леко сурово
след като изстине, можеш да го сложиш в хладилника.
така вътрешността ще се стегне и става супер.

Vegan Riceballs by Momchil at the lunch box picnic
1 cup of rice
2 onions
4 loaves of dry bread
Some black pepper and salt
Flour
Sunflower oil
Boil the rice and when ready wash it with cold water.
Leave the bread pieces in water. Then, mix the bread pieces, the rice, and the chopped onions to form small riceballs with the help of some flour. And they are ready to get fried.

A couple of months ago @tonchacha and @Lebiu found something while constructing @KanaalBG.
They found a lunchbox. Nope, not a LEGO one. But a vintage metal one. And they gave it to me.
Today it contains my Wednesday lunch of homemade bread, some cheese, cherry tomatoes and olives.

a marinated grilled pepper, a few olives, some arugula leaves
