Brunch Time at DDB*

It is Satudary. And we are at work. Oh well. Lets have home-made sandwiches and mimosas then. 

Basis: home-made bread, vollkorn bread I think

Spread on it: honey mustard, yoghurt, and basil pesto

Vitamins: a slice of tomato

Proteins: Spanish spec

On top: rucola, sun-dried tomato pieces and Glaze balsamic sauce

On the side: olives

The Proud Sandwich

This is my lunch today. But it is also a statement. Even lunches could be that sometimes. My lunch is who I am. They say you are what you eat. I couldn’t have agreed more. Today. Or tomorrow. Basis: 50gr bauernbrot or regular pita bread

Red: tomatoes

Orange: mimolette cheese 

Yellow: yellow cheese and lemon slices

Green: green pepper 

Blue: mint mentos drops

Purple: grilled eggplant and marinade with oregano, pepper and самардала, balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Bond: balsamic Glaze
